Tiffany Parkin
Center Director/Owner/Certification Level II Teacher

Tiffany Parkin lives in Sandy, Utah with her artistic husband and four musical children. Music is a life-long love for Tiffany. She began singing and playing the piano as a child and taught herself to play the guitar as an adult. She also plays the autoharp for fun! She is currently a member of a local choir, the Sterling Singers, and enjoys performing throughout the year with them.

Tiffany discovered Music Together in 1999 while pursuing a way to share her love of music with her young children and express the joy she feels while making music. She immediately felt a passion for the Music Together program and jumped on the bandwagon without looking back. That same year, she trained with the Center for Music and Young Children (CMYC) and became a Registered Music Together Teacher and has been teaching ever since. Tiffany continues learning about early childhood music education with CMYC and became a Certification Level I Teacher in 2002 and a Certification Level II Teacher in 2006. Less than 1% of Registered Music Together teachers have achieved Level II Certification with Music Together.

Tiffany thoroughly enjoys making music with her

own family AND revels in the fact that she gets to

help other parents and children create musical

bonds with each other! She believes that music is

a birthright of all children and is a gift to be shared

with both family and community.
